Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has evolved as one of the central themes of corporate governance. Under section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, mandatory CSR is applicable on certain classes of companies, and the determination is based on net worth, turnover, or profitability.
